Global maritime stakeholders are invited to host relevant events during Danish Maritime Days and they are showing great interest in being a part of the open platform.
“With six months to go we are overwhelmed by the interest in contributing to the open platform. Danish Maritime Days will include numerous academic and social events, covering topics such as international trade and development, offshore shipping, piracy, recruitment, education, Arctic shipping, new technologies and much more,” says Johannah Christensen, Head of Secretariat, Danish Maritime Days.
The events are being displayed in the calendar of events as they take shape.
Danish Maritime Days focuses on the most important challenges and solutions facing the maritime industry today and in the future and brings together a broad spectrum of stakeholders from the global maritime industry.
“The maritime industry is by its nature global, meaning that the challenges facing the industry need to have global responses, just as new opportunities are best conceived in an international setting. For this reason Danish Maritime Days inspires for collaboration across our planet and invites the entire maritime industry together policymakers, experts and other stakeholders to join forces,” continues Johannah Christensen.
All events throughout the week are organized independently and coordinated by the Danish Maritime Days Secretariat. In this way organizers will take advantage of the synergies that arise from the participation in a shared platform.
